The benefits given to you by this warranty are in addition to other statutory rights and remedies you may have in relation to our goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
QRS compression garments are Australian - locally made from genuine best-of-breed Australian developed compression fabric. This world leading wicking and warp knit technology delivers superior performance and durability.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. Original and/or QRS tags must remain attached.
3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging.
No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return.
QRS garments have a warranty against manufacturer defects, which covers material and stitched seams. This warranty does not cover friction or contact tears, other accidents or incidents, or natural wear and tear. QRS fabric is a synthetic material which with regular use and ageing may have a slow loss of compression. Rinse with cool fresh water and drip dry out of direct sunlight before first use. Avoid contact with chlorine, bleach and any other solvents, naked flame, extreme heat, hot water washing. We recommend cold machine washing using a delicates bag.
HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - within Australia
Contact QRS via email and notify us of your intended exchange or return and the reason you are returning the product.
To post the item, you will need to purchase a prepaid satchel at your local post office.
Included the following items in your satchel:
· The items you wish to return/exchange
· The QRS receipt you received with your purchase delivery
Include a note with your email address and return delivery address.

Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it.
Once your package is received by QRS and your claim assessed, either your exchange or refund shall be processed. QRS will reimburse customers the price paid for the item.
Our policy on shipping for warranty returns is you pay for freight to us, we pay for return to you.
QRS cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep that tracking number safe!
We will exchange or refund for faulty products. This shall be refunded to the credit card or Paypal account which customers used to purchase their QRS items.
HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - for International orders
If you choose to return or exchange any items, please notify QRS after receiving your package via email email@example.com
Please note, QRS does not offer free International returns or exchanges. If you wish to return an item for a refund, the shipping cost is at your expense.
If you would like to exchange an item, the shipping costs are not covered by QRS. Any packages sent to QRS must have a valid international tracking number.

Please note - if you wish to make an exchange on any items, QRS is happy to do so as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, a credit note or refund will be offered as an alternative.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by QRS, however, please allow time from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
